This is a picture of the two loves of my life: Jake and Tater. Over the 4th of July we went to Silverton. We camped, watched the fireworks and did a little 4-Wheeling which didn't wok out so well in a huge truck but it got us to some great views.

My Turkey

I got this guy not this year but last year. This was such a fun hunt I had the best time ever. Nothing gets the blood flowing like when you have a big tom come in calling. I would recommend turkey hunting it is such a great time and when you do get one it isn't as labor intensive to butcher one. Like an elk is.

Making My Movie

Okay I never want to make a movie ever again! You name it and it went wrong.
I really hope that I was not the only one that had problems. The only thing that I can keep thinking is that next term I have to take the video production class. I really hope that I have great editing skills because my poor movie is going to need it. Is it December yet?

Making My First Movie

I'm so nervous to make this movie! All week I was been dreading this! I really like my story that I wrote but I just hope that this does not take all day to do but I guess if it does than it does. The part of all of this that is really freaking me out is editing. I can hardly turn on my computer let alone know how to cut and paste stuff in different parts. I was really born a couple of centuries to late.

WHERE I WANT TO BE!

This is a picture of a ranch that I used to work at -- The Upper Mesa Ranch in Pagosa Springs.
I really wish that I was there right now instead of school because to me the mountains are the best place to be.

MY Past Time

A little about me is that I love to hunt - no matter what it is! Last season I was excited that I got a pretty nice 6x6 bull. I have lots of pictures so if I can figure out how to post them I will.

RadioLab

When I first saw how long the radiolab was I was frreaked out to have to hear all that it had to say but what it ended up having to say was pretty interesting. The ants that they were talking about were cool when they were describing how when one ant tries to do something they can't but when a great number of ants get together to do something thier great size can acomplish a lot. I also really liked when they were also talking about the people guessing how much the ox's weight was. It was really interesting to learn that when an individual guessed the wieght of the ox they were way off but when all of the guesses were calculated and averaged togeher as a group they came up with the ox's weight within a few pounds.
I guess we should take it from ants and mathematics and learn how to work together to get better results together.
